The NBC/CBRN CMRD40 RD40 Mask is a full-face respirator designed to provide respiratory protection in industrial, chemical and emergency environments, as well as in situations involving potential exposure to contaminants, depending on the type and classification of the filter installed.

Manufactured from flexible liquid silicone, it is designed to provide a comfortable facial fit, an appropriate seal and greater comfort during prolonged periods of use.

The mask features a 40 mm RD40 threaded connection, compatible with standardised filters suitable for this type of connection. Depending on the filter installed, the system may provide protection against particles, gases, vapours and other specific contaminants, always within the operating limits defined by the filter manufacturer.

The panoramic polycarbonate visor provides a wide field of vision and suitable mechanical resistance for the intended conditions of use. The integrated speech diaphragm facilitates communication without the need to remove the mask.

The product is supplied with 1 RD40 filter, according to the selected configuration.

The mask uses a 40 mm RD40 threaded connection in accordance with EN 148-1, allowing the use of filters compatible with this connection system.

Depending on the application and the specific certification of the filter, filters from the following categories may be used:

P3, for particles

ABEK, for certain gases and vapours

ABEK-P3, for certain gases, vapours and particles

CBRN, when specifically certified for this type of use

Other filters compatible with the RD40 / EN 148-1 connection

Important: the level, type and duration of respiratory protection depend on the filter installed, the concentration of contaminants, environmental conditions, duration of use and the limits defined by the equipment and filter manufacturers.

The mask itself does not determine the level of protection against a specific contaminant.
