Product Description
CBRN solution designed for the adaptation of already constructed spaces, enabling the transformation of an existing room into a protected compartment against chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear agents. The kit combines airtight and blast-resistant access control with active filtration and overpressure generation, ensuring protection of the interior space in scenarios of external contamination.
Included components
1. DU-IV-250 Blast-Resistant and Gas-Tight Armoured Door
- Security door designed for integration into existing structures, providing gas tightness and blast resistance.
- Resistance rating suitable for 2.5 bar static pressure.
- Door dimensions included in the kit: 900 × 2000 mm.
- Approximate weight: 180 kg.
- L-shaped frame structure, suitable for retrofitting existing structural openings or installation in new structures.
- Locking system with two locking handles, ensuring uniform pressure of the door leaf against the seals.
- Suitable for use in safe rooms, shelters, and technical compartments.
2. SAFE 360 CBRN Filtration and Ventilation System
- Compact CBRN air filtration and ventilation system for protected spaces.
- Designed to supply filtered air and maintain overpressure, preventing the ingress of contaminated air into the protected area.
- Airflow rate: 36 / 54 m³/h.
- Maximum recommended protected space volume: up to 36 m³.
- Wall-mounted installation, suitable for retrofit in existing buildings via 4" flanges.
Includes:
– CBRN filter (HEPA + activated carbon).
– Electric fan.
– Converter for operation on 100–240 V AC.
– 12 V DC battery operation.
– Manual backup for operation without electrical power.
– Intake valve with pre-filter.
– Overpressure valve with airflow indicator.
System designed for continuous operation during CBRN emergency situations.
Relevant technical specifications
CBRN protection: filtration of particles, aerosols, and chemical agents according to filter configuration.
Airtightness: ensured by the combination of the DU-IV-250 door and the overpressure generated by the SAFE 360 system.
Integration in existing buildings: both components are suitable for installation in already constructed structures, without the need for major structural works.
