Pet Respiratory Tent | Powered Air Purifying Respirator for pets
The respiratory tent for pets is a reusable dome designed to protect your beloved dogs (and other pets) from exposure to dangerous chemical and biological warfare agents, radioactive particles, and even the risk of smoke inhalation.
In practice, the tent functions as a "gas mask for dogs," opening in seconds, folding down for easy storage, and using a BL-90 PAPR (Powered Air-Purifying Respirator) to create a compact, protective space for your pet.
Key Features of the Tent:
✔ Sturdy construction using 230-laminate with reinforced seams for extra durability, providing over 6 hours of resistance to blister agents
✔ Operates as a positive-pressure system in conjunction with the BL-90 blower
✔ Effectively a "gas mask for dogs," delivering a constant flow of filtered air into a spacious 4m interior
✔ Offers ample space for your pet’s food, water, and toys
✔ Fully translucent and transparent build for close monitoring of your pet
✔ Suitable for various small pets up to a total weight of 10kg
✔ Can be mounted on a stroller, wagon, or vehicle bed for easier transportation
✔ Folds into a compact form for easy storage
✔ 15-year shelf life
The tent was developed to provide pets with the same life-saving protection available through gas masks. Traditionally, creating gas masks for dogs has been a challenge, as animal fur prevents a proper airtight seal.
Additionally, pets often become restless in emergency situations, posing a further challenge when trying to keep a device on the animal.
After years of research and development, the respiratory tent for pets was born as a practical solution for various types of pets, instead of creating individual devices for each one.
With a lightweight, military-grade plastic frame and a spacious interior, it uses the BL-90 blower and a set of NATO-standard 40mm filters for up to 12 hours of continuous use with a set of 8 AA batteries.
Dogs and cats are the most popular pets in Portugal, but this tent can also protect nearly any other small animal, from rabbits to snakes and bearded dragons. We recommend placing any existing enclosures for rodents and reptiles inside the tent, as they may be more sensitive to environmental conditions.
Whether your goal is to prepare for a potential nuclear conflict or simply have a safe gas mask alternative for your pet during wildfire smoke season, this is a perfect choice.
The tent can be stored in its original packaging for up to 15 years and can be set up within minutes to comfortably protect your pets.

Storage Guidelines:
The kit should be stored in its original packaging in a dark, cool, dust-free environment without sudden temperature changes. The storage room should be ventilated regularly. Temperatures may range between -10°C and 50°C with relative humidity up to 80%. The tent should not be exposed to radiant heat or direct sunlight. Fuels, solvents, lubricants, and other flammable substances—including chemicals—must not be stored together with the kit.
Additionally, do not store the casing with or near machines or electrical appliances that produce sparks or electrical discharges during operation (ozone generation). Improper storage of this product may reduce its effective shelf life.
Important Considerations:
✔ This tent is NOT intended for children or small persons.
✔ It was designed to protect small animals (weighing 10kg or less), including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, rodents, ferrets, and reptiles. The tent has not been tested with larger animals, so safe operation cannot be guaranteed. Larger animals are typically stronger and may attempt to escape by force, compromising the tent’s seal and causing a leak.
✔ For animals with sharp claws, we recommend placing them in a compartment inside the tent (such as a crate, kennel, etc.).
