Breath Responsive PAPR

First Generation PAPR Suitable for Asbestos

Full Face Mask integrated with the fan unit to make it compact. Breath Responsive PAPR technology gives safety with comfort and can be used more than 7.5 hours depending on the filters (VP3 : 9.0 hours, VA1P3 : 8.0 hours, VABE1P3 : 7.5 hours). Even if the battery is dead, it will still perform as a Reusable Respirators (fit testing prior to use will be recommended). Suitable for Asbestos application; IP65 suitable for decontamination procedure. Possible to change the facepiece (without inner mask and head harness) instead of changing the visor saving time and cost. Includes airflow tester to check the airflow. It has the Wide Polycarbonate 3D-curve Visor to achieve wide vision, with having Anti-scratch Coated Outside. It has a Speech Diaphragm making it possible to communicate clearly & safely. TPE Facepiece makes it Lightweight 770g (L) with fan unit, VP3 filter and battery included, and the 6-point Head Harness with easy adjustment ensures the fitting. Easy to maintain with removing the fan unit and cleaning the facepiece like a Reusable Respirators. The filter combination will be P3 (VP3), A1P3 (VA1P3) and ABE1P3 (VABE1P3). Two sizes, M and L will be available. Sync01 will be contained as a starter kit including such as facepiece, fan unit, battery, particle filter, charger etc. with a plastic box for storage and carriage. It can be used with the FT Adaptor #41551 to perform a quantitative fit test using a fit tester. Spare parts available and recommended accessories such as GG-CS Corrective Glasses Lens Frame and Visor Protection Cover #02659 (polycarbonate).

High Protection

Pressure inside the facepiece is kept positive to provide a higher safety.

Filter Replacement Indicator

When the Filter is clogged with particle and needs to be replaced, Filter Replacement Indicator (LED) will flash to indicate the suitable time to change the Filter.

Battery Life Indicator

When the battery is first attached to the fan unit, the Battery Life Indicators (2 LEDs) will light for approximately 30 seconds.

Lightweight

Breath Responsive PAPR was developed making the same size as a Reusable Respirators but has a Facepiece, Fan Unit and Battery integrated.
Compared to conventional products, it is not only compact but also lightweight.
